Wegovy® (semaglutide) is an injectable prescription medicine used for weight management in adults with obesity or overweight.

Do not use Wegovy if you have a personal or family history of MTC or MEN 2.

Wegovy may cause serious side effects including pancreatitis, gallbladder problems, low blood sugar, kidney problems, increased heart rate, and allergic reactions.

The most common side effects include nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, stomach pain, headache, fatigue, and dizziness.
